Description of the Subject of Order

Complex delivery of the filtration system forflue gases generated during drying alternative fuel i the Alternative Fuel dryingsystem. 

Order Goal

The subject of the Purchase Order is optimisation of gas emissions fromthe AF drying process at Górażdże Cement plant in Chorula.

The subject of the Order isdelivery of filtration system including concept study and technicalrequirements for the design engineering needed for the Buidling Permit for theAF drying facility.

Detailed scopeof this request:

1)Develop a concept study the for building permit based on the guidelinesspecified buy the Investor.

2)Deliver a flue gas filtration system for gases generated duringalternative fuel drying process. The system to be delivered must be based onthe concept developed as mentioned above and be approved by the Investor.

3)Install and supervise the filtration system delivered.

The scope of the offer shouldcover the requirements specified in this RFQ, such as:

1. Equipment specifications(type, quantity, weight, power consumption)

2. Characteristics of gas flowafter the filtration system

• temperature

• pressure

• content of individualcomponents after the gas filtration system on the basis of theAF dryer flue gasspecification (see the scope under item 1k above.)

The concept documentation with concept designfor Building Permit shall be delivered in triplicate.

Importnant :

1. Confirmation on visiting thejob-site. Prior to submitting a tender the Tenderer should get acquainted withall tender documents, the site of order execution and local conditions.
